What youll do: Define and execute CLEAR's go-to-market strategy across federal, state, and local government segments Carry and deliver against ambitious revenue targets Establish trust with senior government stakeholders, procurement leaders, and policy influencers Lead multi-threaded deals involving procurement, compliance, legal, and technical stakeholders Partner closely with Product, Legal, and Policy to align CLEAR's offerings with government needs and requirements Hire and lead a high-performing team: develop and inspire a world-class GovTech sales organization Build scalable systems for pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal execution. What youre great at: 15+ years of public sector sales experience, with strong and current relationships You've built or scaled a government sales function in a high-growth environment Experience selling complex, technical products (identity, security, SaaS, or infrastructure preferred) You have a track record of landing large, multi-year public sector contracts You can align cross-functional stakeholders across product, legal, and policies You're fluent in procurement processes, compliance requirements, and budget cycles.
