In addition, the Social Services Supervisor carries a caseload and provides direct practice interventions, organizes and implements social work services to an assigned caseload of participants and their caregivers in accordance with InnovAge policies and all applicable regulations. Responsibilities include, in partnership with the Social Services Manager, interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; recognizing and rewarding employees; supportive coaching, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
