Description

Pre-sales support and network installations of copier multi-function devices and software solutions.
Customer training for copier multi-functional devices and software solutions.
On site and/or remote trouble shooting of customers network
Support account managers in sales cycles of office solutions (engagement, analysis, presentation, demonstration, & implementation) involving computer network infrastructures for customers.
Work with customers’ IT personnel to optimize workflow.
Assist with identification of incremental revenue opportunities and value-added services.
Perform other duties as required.
Based in Fredrick, MD covering Maryland along with Central PA (greater Chambersburg, Harrisburg. york areas) DC and northern VA.
Reports to IT/Systems Analyst Manager
