The Director of Risk & Compliance establishes and scales the risk and compliance strategy for Assurance Digital, including leading a centralized certification program that ensures technology is governed, inspection ready, and fit for use in assurance engagements.
This position ensures adherence to federal and state regulations\u2014including HRSA, CMS, FTCA, HIPAA, OSHA, 340B, Medicaid/Medicare billing requirements\u2014and proactively identifies and mitigates organizational risks. Masters degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Business, or related field required, Minimum 3\u20135 years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, quality improvement, or regulatory operations (FQHC preferred).
Reporting to the Director, Intercollegiate & Intramural Athletics, the Assistant Director-Athletics, Compliance & Retention, assists in developing and administering the athletics programs of a college; works to ensure student-athletes receive academic support services to help with their transition, retention, and completion; and fosters an environment through which coaches can provide effective coaching and quality services. The Assistant Director of Athletics also assists the Director with compliance responsibilities, such as assisting the Director in certifying NJCAA (National Junior College Athletic Association) eligibility for student-athletes; assisting in the preparation of compliance reports; and assisting the Director in working with coaches and department staff to ensure compliance with NJCAA rules and regulations and CCC's Athletic Governance Policy.
