This position requires the ability to perform hands-on maintenance duties, including walking the property, climbing stairs and ladders, lifting and carrying equipment or supplies, bending, kneeling, reaching, using tools, working indoors and outdoors, and responding to maintenance needs in various weather conditions. The Service Director II is responsible for leading the maintenance operations of a large multifamily community, including work order performance, make-ready turns, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, safety compliance, inventory control, curb appeal, and overall asset preservation.
