Ensure the Company remains informed of and compliant with the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA).
