NewSpecial Projects Coordinator Valor EducationSpecial Projects CoordinatorPhoenix, AZIn collaboration with the Events Coordinator and under the guidance of the Academic Fellow, the Special Projects Coordinator carries out the following duties: Collaborates with Events Coordinator to plan major Valor Education-wide events, including New Faculty Orientation, Convocation, and Symposia Provides on-the-ground support for major events from initial preparation through completion Coordinates with Valor campus operations teams for successful event execution Organizes vendors for smaller network-wide events, including public lectures and private dinners Key skills and attributes for the Special Projects Coordinator include: Ability to provide comprehensive on-site support before and during major events Strong time management and personal organization skills Capacity for clear, consistent, and responsive communication Ability to carry out tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and reliability Attentiveness to finishing touches and details Openness to doing the 'little things' with care for the benefit of all five campuses within Valor Education Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Mission and Vision Valor's mission is to educate the whole person in authentic communities for a full human life.
