Must possess a strong working knowledge of multifamily property management including but not limited to Fair Housing laws and regulations, resident relations, leasing, rent collections, eviction procedures, accounting principles and the use of accounting software and property safety. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in the overall operation of the property and the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that ensure a well-managed, well-maintained building.
