o Identifies process mining opportunities, goals, objectives, and benefits o Consults on automation projects regularly o Maps out automation changes to workflow using toolsets such as Visio and collaborates with technology teams and leadership teams on larger scale efforts o Documents complex technical systems, workflows, and application details and requirements to enable support and provide historical record for department technologies o Knowledgeable about RPA / AI applications o Maintains current knowledge of healthcare trends and innovation opportunities • Performs other duties as assigned. Other Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PPT, Visio • Proficient in data analytics tools such as SQL or PowerBI - Required • Proficient in Minitab, Tableau or Qlik - Required • User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) Design Experience - Required • Advanced knowledge in Data Analysis / Development - Required • Experience developing analysis with a general scripting language such as Python or R • Excellent presentation skills sufficient to create and present on strategic and enterprise project and consulting engagements to senior leadership.
