Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, completing customer intake forms, assisting with scale activity, supporting roll-off scheduling, live dispatching calls to OTR drivers, tracking dumpster jobs, communicating with drivers, overseeing yard activity through cameras, and keeping Ken informed of problems by email so recurring issues can be fixed properly for the long term. The right candidate must be good on the computer, comfortable typing, organized with Excel, confident answering phones, capable of working the scale, able to dispatch live calls to OTR drivers, alert enough to monitor yard activity through cameras, and disciplined enough to report problems to Ken by email when issues arise.
