Responsibilities include providing guidance and leadership by means of effective customer relations, account knowledge, team work, problem resolution and time management; providing direction to the Affiliate Service Representatives and/or Customer Account Specialists to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction; leading a team of service specialists by providing on-going coaching, support, direction and leadership; communicating directly with assigned customers to resolve issues in a timely manner; establishing/maintaining a rapport with each customer to ensure satisfaction levels are being met and to seek additional opportunity for growth; maintaining/improving the profitability of assigned accounts to meet established goals; providing statistical and performance feedback to team partners; and establishing work procedures to support company and department goals.
