<h1>RN Manager – Mother Baby</h1>Location: Savannah, Georgia Schedule: Full-Time | Days | No Weekends<hr/><h2>About the Organization</h2>A large, not-for-profit regional medical center serving multiple counties across southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina is seeking an experienced RN Manager for its Mother Baby unit.This 600+ bed acute care hospital is a regional referral center for:<ul><li>Cardiovascular services</li><li>Oncology services</li><li>Trauma care</li><li>Pediatric services</li><li>High-risk obstetrics and neonatal care</li></ul>The campus includes:<ul><li>A Level I Trauma Center</li><li>A dedicated Children’s Hospital</li><li>An academic partnership with a medical school</li></ul><hr/><h2>Position Overview</h2>The RN Manager – Mother Baby is responsible for the overall planning, organization, staffing, and direction of the Mother Baby unit to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care.Working collaboratively with nursing leadership, the Manager will:<ul><li>Develop and implement unit goals, policies, and procedures</li><li>Ensure efficient daily operations and quality outcomes</li><li>Lead, mentor, and support nursing and support staff</li><li>Promote a collaborative, patient-centered care environment</li></ul>This is an excellent opportunity for a strong postpartum nursing leader passionate about maternal-newborn care and team development.<hr/><h2>Unit Information</h2><ul><li>Unit Size: 22 beds</li><li>Average Daily Census: Approximately 15 patients</li><li>Total FTEs: 29.5</li><li>Reports To: Director of Women’s Services</li><li>Direct Reports: Registered Nurses, Unit Secretaries, CNAs</li></ul><hr/><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practicing state OR Compact/Multi-State RN License</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required (Master’s preferred)</li></ul><h3>Required Certifications:</h3><ul><li>BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)</li><li>ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)</li><li>NRP (required within 60 months if not currently held)</li></ul><h3>Experience Requirements:</h3><ul><li>3+ years recent RN experience in Women’s Services (acute care)</li><li>1+ year supervisory or leadership experience</li><li>Strong Mother/Baby and Postpartum clinical experience</li><li>Demonstrated postpartum leadership capabilities</li></ul><hr/><h2>Compensation & Benefits</h2><ul><li>Salary: Up to $110,000 annually</li><li>Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis</li><li>Sign-On Bonus: Available on a case-by-case basis</li></ul>For more details reach athttps://Aditi.sharma@navitashealth.com/ or Call / Text at 516-587-6677.About Navitas Healthcare, LLC: It is a certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical, Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
