In this role, you will communicate with customers who have expressed interest in a vehicle online or by phone, answer questions, gather information, and schedule dealership appointments. You will also assist our sales managers with initial deal information and appointment preparation to ensure customers have a smooth buying experience when they arrive.

p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Independently leads highly complex departmental project/support assignments and/or participates in cross-departmental projects with responsibility for managing scope, risk, business value, schedule and budget.
- Gathers and delivers day-to-day progress of a project as it relates to managing scope, schedule, cost and quality in order to support project management decisions and compliance with Company approved methodology and required deliverables.
