p>Lead and execute the national sales strategy for capital equipment, upgrades/retrofits, and aftermarket services Own annual bookings targets, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy across direct and indirect channels Coach, develop, and hold Regional Sales Managers and Sales Engineers accountable to performance expectations Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles including pricing, ROI/TCO justification, and contract negotiation Grow aftermarket revenue through parts programs, service agreements, and installed-base account planning Oversee customer service and commercial operations functions tied to order flow, parts, and customer escalations Represent the voice of the customer internally with engineering, operations, service, and supply chain Monitor competitive activity and adjust go-to-market strategy accordingly. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of B2B sales experience in capital equipment, automation, or industrial machinery 4+ years of people leadership experience managing field sales teams Proven success driving both new equipment and aftermarket/service revenue growth Experience managing manufacturer representatives or distribution partners Strong command of CRM systems, pipeline governance, and forecasting discipline Willingness to travel nationally up to 50%.
