Working as a team, coordinate the effort with support functions; Support the development and improvement of processes and procedures and document process descriptions defining specific steps/actions necessary to complete daily functions; Aid with the investigation and resolution of routine problems; Aid in the coordination of activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs; Provide support as required for Customer Master entry and/or maintenance; Aid and feedback to higher classified personnel on important customer issues; Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using it for benefit of 3rd parties.
