The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Working closely with communications, marketing, information technology, administrative, research, and academic or clinical stakeholders, the Assistant Director, Web Operations leads multidisciplinary teams, oversees web operations and delivery, and serves as a primary partner to departments seeking web solutions.
This includes implementation of Residential Living's curriculum; supervising student leaders; crisis intervention; participation in the Division of Student Experience's on-call structure; resolution of violations of Residential Living policies; implementing programs and educational initiatives designed to assist students in transitioning to campus living; and other duties as assigned. Supervision:
- Provide direct supervision for 8-21 Resident Advisors, which includes facilitating staff meetings and one-on-one meetings, holding Resident Advisors accountable to departmental expectations, and addressing and documenting performance concerns according to departmental protocol.

The Camp Director is responsible for working with the Camp Educator to oversee the operation of the full scope of 4-H Camp Bristol Hills summer camping programs, overseeing the training and supervision of staff, and assisting the Camp Educator in administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include development and implementation of the community's educational curriculum; mentoring and coaching up to nine Resident Advisors; crisis intervention and conflict mediation; participation in an on-call crisis response rotation; resolution of violations of institutional policies and the Code of Student Conduct; planning and implementing programs designed to support students transitioning to more independent living; and coordinating outreach and engagement efforts that support student wellbeing and community expectations. This position participates in the development and implementation of large-scale initiatives for South Campus focused on student transitions and life skill development for independent living, educating students in traditional residence halls to prepare them for independent living, and supports initiatives of the Off-Campus Residential Living team.
