Minimum Education and/or Work Experience: Bachelors degree in technical or social science area with an interest in data and evaluation; social work experience preferred but not required; Interest in training and technical assistance; Skills in research design, survey research design, academic program review, assessment of student learning, quantitative and qualitative analysis and effective report writing; Ability to communicate technical results in a non-technical manner to reach a broader audience; Demonstrate an ability to listen carefully, ask relevant questions and provide relevant assistance; A strong understanding of excel and experience overseeing data management systems.
