Scheduled performance reviews * Referral program POSITION SUMMARY: With general supervision, responsible for any combination of calculating, posting and verifying of accounting data of moderate scope and complexity exercising some independent judgement while following well defined procedures in one or more of the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Accounting, Billing and Payroll/Labor. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsibilities may include some or all of the following: * Process documents such as daily labor cards, progress billings, payroll, shippers, invoices, accounts payable * vouchers and travellers checks.

Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to support our Operations/Finance team.

p>Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Administrator will vouch invoices and create checks, follow up with un-reconciled invoices,

perform data entry, and maintain communication with vendors to solve issues.

Level 2:

• Complete full Accounts Payable Cycle Process including data entry, check runs, wire transfers,

  international payments, international and domestic freight.
