What You Will Do
As the Vice President of Finance, reporting to the COO/CFO you will lead the execution of the Companys financial and capital strategy to support long-term growth, shareholder value, and execution of the Strategic Plan. You will guide investment decisions, capital deployment, financing strategy, and business expansion opportunities while providing forward-looking financial insight that drives confident decision-making across the organization. Youll oversee capital planning, liquidity, debt strategy, investment analysis, forecasting, and financial performance while building a high-performing finance function that supports scalable growth and strong market relationships.

The total compensation range for this position is $230,000 - $340,000 (inclusive of annual incentive opportunity). Base pay may vary based on the candidates knowledge, skills, experience, and demonstrated ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
