As the Vice President of Finance, reporting to the COO/CFO you will lead the execution of the Companys financial and capital strategy to support long-term growth, shareholder value, and execution of the Strategic Plan. You will guide investment decisions, capital deployment, financing strategy, and business expansion opportunities while providing forward-looking financial insight that drives confident decision-making across the organization. Youll oversee capital planning, liquidity, debt strategy, investment analysis, forecasting, and financial performance while building a high-performing finance function that supports scalable growth and strong market relationships.

What Youll Bring

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12-15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for capital strategy, financing, and investment analysis.
  • Experience leading financial strategy within a real estate, development, investment, asset management, or similarly capital-intensive organization.
  • Proven success evaluating investments, managing capital structures, securing financing, and supporting growth initiatives.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, underwriting, and strategic planning capabilities
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and actionable manner.
  • A naturally proactive, results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to balance risk, opportunity, and long-term value creation.

  • The total compensation range for this position is $230,000 - $340,000 (inclusive of annual incentive opportunity). Base pay may vary based on the candidates knowledge, skills, experience, and demonstrated ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.
