Description

American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry/PCU RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and 18 months of recent experience.

Details

• Assignment based within the Internal Float Pool handling Telemetry/PCU patients
• May handle ED border patients within specialty when applicable
• Float between two nearby facility campuses as needed based on patient census, primarily within specialty
• Staff will be informed of their working location prior to each shift
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active Georgia or Compact RN license required in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of recent RN experience required
• BLS certification required

Additional Information

• Candidates must submit all requested time off in advance of starting the assignment
• RTO requests are limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday time-off request is permitted per contract
• Former Emory or Houston system employees must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• Radius requirement of 50 miles applies, with no local candidates accepted unless a facility exception is granted
• Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration
