    Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 19:00–07:30 | Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct inpatient nursing care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms, including identification of lethal and critical cardiac arrhythmias
    • Float to other units as needed based on operational requirements
    • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
    • Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as determined by facility need
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Wisconsin RN license or valid Compact RN license required
    • BLS certification required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
    • Minimum of two years of acute care inpatient RN experience within the last three years in Medical Surgical / Telemetry
    • Epic EMR experience required
    • Must pass a Telemetry exam prior to start (adult and pediatric components; passing score of 80% or higher with strict criteria for lethal rhythm identification); up to three attempts permitted under defined remediation guidelines
    • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel nursing experience in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting
    • Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills across both adult and pediatric populations
    • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced inpatient environment
