Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical Telemetry – Wisconsin
Start Date: November 9, 2026
Location: Madison, Wisconsin

Schedule: Evening/Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 1900-0730. Weekend and holiday rotations based on operational need. Two weekends per six-week schedule period (additional weekends available upon request). 20 hours of orientation provided.

Requirements
- Wisconsin RN license or Compact RN license required
- Minimum of two years acute care experience within the last three years in medical-surgical or telemetry specialty
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS certification required (American Heart Association only)
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Must successfully pass telemetry competency exam prior to start date with strict passing criteria: 100% identification of lethal rhythms, no incorrect answers on third-degree heart block questions, and overall passing score of 80% or higher
- Community hospital experience preferred
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible
