Wellspring Nurse Source is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with specific skills in IV start and telemetry. This is an excellent opportunity for both seasoned professionals and first-time travelers.
The unit primarily caters to patients undergoing surgical procedures, including colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, and orthopedic/spine surgeries.
All candidates must pass EKG testing prior to starting in this specialty. Scrubs are not provided; navy blue or white scrubs are required.
Note: The unit has a strict policy regarding requests for time off (RTO) post-booking, as any call-offs or additional RTO may result in cancellation and do-not-reapply (DNR) status.
