- Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities for toddlers.

- Support toddlers with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, and nap time.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding children''s progress and needs.
- Follow all licensing and safety regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as a toddler teacher assistant or in a similar early childhood education role.
- Strong understanding of toddler development and age-appropriate practices.
- Patience, kindness, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the lead teacher.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
