We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Concierge / Office Coordinator to support daily operations in a busy downtown Cleveland office located near the train station. This position combines front desk concierge responsibilities with administrative and office support duties in a fast-paced professional environment.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, clients, and vendors; managing the front desk and reception area; answering phones and emails; coordinating conference rooms and meetings; ordering catering for meetings and events; processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages; maintaining office supplies; and assisting with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and scheduling.
The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking while providing exceptional customer service. strong computer skills, communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. Previous experience in administration, hospitality, reception, concierge services, or office coordination is preferred.
