The GU Radiation Oncology Department relies on the Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support for faculty, staff, and program operations. The Senior Administrative Assistant plays a key role in documentation, scheduling, compliance, financial coordination, and administrative workflow that ensures smooth and efficient operations across the department. Candidates with experience performing departmental timekeeping, coordinating schedules across clinical or academic environments, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting will be especially well-suited for this position.
