DeVoe Buick GMC is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to help keep our sales department organized, accurate, and moving forward. This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy position supporting the Sales Manager with reporting, inventory tracking, employee administration, CRM maintenance, incentives, scorecards, and the day-to-day administrative work that keeps a busy dealership running smoothly.

This is not a sales position. You will not be expected to sell vehicles, maintain a customer base, or spend your day answering incoming sales calls. This is an internal support role for someone who enjoys organization, accuracy, and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, scorecards, goals, and results
• Track new vehicle inventory, including off-site vehicles
• Review manufacturer incentives and help identify discrepancies
• Maintain inventory and monthly management reports
• Review department timesheets and coordinate corrections
• Assist with administrative portions of new-hire onboarding
• Maintain CTP fleet records and coordinate vehicles needing service
• Monitor lost-sale activity and keep CRM records accurate and current
• Track CSI results and flag trends or concerns
• Assist with monthly sales promotions, campaigns, and specials
• Maintain Business & Government Sales scorecards
• Coordinate documentation between Sales, Service, and other departments
• Handle recurring administrative responsibilities and special projects for the Sales Manager

• Can manage recurring tasks without constant reminders
• Is comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
• Has strong computer skills and confidence with spreadsheets and reports
• Communicates well across departments and with different personalities
• Is dependable, resourceful, accurate, and willing to learn
• Is comfortable asking questions when something doesn’t look right

Automotive or dealership experience is helpful, but not required. We care more about finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and organizational skills. We can teach the automotive side.

What Success Looks Like

You understand the department's recurring responsibilities and deadlines. Reports are ready when they're needed. Records are accurate. Loose ends don't stay loose. When something looks wrong, you investigate it. When something needs follow-up, you follow it through.

Over time, you become someone the Sales Manager and department can count on to own the administrative details and keep things moving.
