Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Pension Administration
- Background in Human Resources
- High proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of ERISA, IRS regulations, retirement plan compliance, and related reporting requirements
- Experience with U.S. retirement plans
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially
Desired Skills:
- BBA in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with international pension plans
- Experience working with actuaries, auditors, and third-party administrators
- Background in financial reporting or audit coordination
