This is a full-time, dynamic role in a fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and adaptability. Responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, bill payments, deposits, and credit card detail review. Additional duties involve onboarding processes, office supply management, and supporting management as needed.
Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills are essential. Background checks and drug screening are mandatory.
