Position Summary

As an Office Administrator, you are our director of first impressions and the main contact for our visitors and vendors. You are responsible for providing a welcoming environment to all visitors, vendors, clients, and consultants. Additionally, you will assist with meeting coordination and presentation setup/breakdown; perform miscellaneous administrative tasks; maintain overall office organization; assist with employee onboarding; and contribute to project-based support as time permits.
