Line Cook

The Line Cook prepares, cooks and plates food to order for hotel guests by following the pre-established recipe specifications and plating procedures. Ability to lift push pull up to 50lbs, Must be able to follow verbal directions, and complete assigned tasks on schedule.

Job Summary
The Line Cook prepares, cooks and plates food to order for hotel guests by following the pre-established recipe specifications and plating procedures.
Responsibilities 

• Approaches all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Complies with company, hotel, and brand standards which encourage a safe and efficient hotel operation.
•  Cooks, sautés, broils, plates all food items strictly adhering to recipe and plating specifications.
• Exhibits a professional demeanor, while working with passion and integrity.
• Assists teammates as needed and follows the directives of the management team. 
• Adheres to all food-related safety practices set forth by Company, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Maintains a clean and well organized workstation

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related work experience
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 hours in a day. Ability to lift push pull up to 50lbs, 
• Must be able to follow verbal directions, and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
