Alila Marea Beach Resort Encinitas is a defining beachfront resort located in North County, San Diego, just 28 miles north of San Diego International Airport. Our Cook position requires strong communication and culinary skills. The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience. Cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.

The pay for this position is $25.74 and dependent upon experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous high-end Restaurant line cook experience preferred.
• Related hotel experience is preferred.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
• Able to work single station in the kitchen.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
