We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant in South Houston. This role plays a key part in supporting our shipping and receiving operations from an administrative perspective.
Pay DOE - $17-$20/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle shipping and receiving paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials
Create packing lists and Bills of Lading (BOLs)
Communicate with customers regarding shipping, discrepancies, and documentation
Answer incoming office phone calls professionally
Respond to customer emails promptly and clearly
Support light purchasing and accounts payable (A/P) tasks
Perform general data entry and administrative support

Previous administrative experience (required)
