Job Summary:

Responsible for providing administrative support for Human Resources (HR) functions at the site. Updates and maintains accurate employee information within the HRIS and other HR systems and assists with the preparation of reports, correspondence, forms, and other HR documentation. Provides administrative support for employee relations, safety programs, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR programs as assigned. Assists with coordinating HR activities and communicating information to employees, applicants, and leaders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Works closely with Human Resources, Operations, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and other departments to ensure HR processes are completed accurately and timely.

Position Responsibilities:

• Input customer orders and credits accurately and in a timely manner.
• Enter and maintain order, invoicing, and other customer information.
• Assist customers with orders, questions, and routine service issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers, vendors, associates, and other departments.
• Provide administrative support to the Customer Service department and leadership as needed.
• Monitor and distribute incoming communications, including mail, faxes, and departmental correspondence.
• Prepare and process sample requests, special orders, and other customer-related documentation.
• Contact vendors to request product samples or obtain information needed to support customer requests.
• Maintain organized and accurate customer service records, documents, and departmental files.
• Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other departmental materials.
• Help coordinate and track outstanding customer service requests and follow-up items.
• Support communication and coordination between Customer Service, Sales, Operations, and other departments as needed.
• Attend required training sessions, departmental meetings, and Customer Service meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle customer and company information.
• Perform other related administrative and customer service duties as assigned.
