LHH is actively seeking experienced Commercial Contracts Attorneys for ongoing and upcoming contract opportunities with a variety of corporate clients across industries. These roles are ideal for attorneys who bring a strong blend of legal expertise and business acumen, and who enjoy partnering closely with internal stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including:
Master Services Agreements (MSAs)
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
Statements of Work (SOWs)
Vendor and marketing agreements
Advise business partners on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and deal strategy
Identify and assess legal and operational risks, including indemnification, limitation of liability, and related provisions
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, procurement, finance, and business teams
Translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical guidance for stakeholders
Ensure agreements align with company policies and strategic objectives
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active CA bar license
5+ years of experience in commercial contracts (in-house or corporate environment strongly preferred)
Demonstrated experience negotiating complex agreements in a business-facing role
Strong understanding of risk allocation and contract structure
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
