    About Us:

    Since our inception in Gainesville, FL, in 1998, O2B Kids has grown to have numerous locations across Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, Missouri, Alabama, and many more states! We believe in fostering a fun and supportive environment for our staff and children alike.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to school Directors, Administrators, and corporate leadership.
    • Serve as a first point of contact by answering and managing the main corporate phone line, assisting callers and directing questions to the appropriate team.
    • Provide excellent internal and external customer service with a focus on responsiveness, follow-up, and building positive relationships.
    • Manage user access requests and account updates across multiple company systems and platforms.
    • Maintain and update key administrative reports, including enrollment, projected enrollment, sales, arrears, and collections reporting.
    • Identify trends and areas requiring attention and communicate updates to leadership.
    • Provide support with past-due tuition and collections, including weekly reporting and collection correspondence.
    • Follow established administrative calendars, processes, and recurring task schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Assist leadership with inbox management and day-to-day communications.
    • Support business and child care license renewals and annual agency profile updates.
    • Conduct routine audits of administrative processes, provide feedback and training, and help ensure accuracy and consistency across locations.
    • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives.
    • Provide general office support, including preparing documents, making copies, mailing materials, ordering supplies, and assisting with meeting preparation.
    • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including Hiring and Accounts Payable.
    • Maintain and update company administrative resources, spreadsheets, tools, and shared information.
