Key Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant:
Prepare and process time-sensitive legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Support daily data entry, document compilation, and final review for high-volume mailings
Coordinate information flow between administrative and researcher systems
Flag discrepancies and ensure data integrity across platforms
Assist with office operations including mail handling and equipment use
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
1+ year of office-based administrative experience
Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel (basic functions)
