The Administrative Assistant (Temporary) provides skilled administrative and secretarial support to department management, handling confidential tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
- Performs data compilation, report preparation, and manages presentations using PowerPoint, SAP, and other systems.
- Develops and maintains filing systems, coordinates meetings, manages calendars, and handles correspondence and office supplies.
- Supports special projects and administrative duties, including expense processing and event planning.
- As Event Planner, arranges venues, manages logistics, and oversees meeting details, including travel and expense reconciliation.
Requirements: A high school diploma or GED, with five years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills. Business or post-secondary education preferred; CPS designation is a plus. The role is temporary, lasting about one year, and does not accept third-party candidates.
