Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Contract Length: 12+months

On Site Work Location: San Antonio TX 78288

Provides administrative support to a department or individual. Responsibilities may include word processing, filing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors, scheduling, financial record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, and sorting/distributing mail. May also assist with special projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of administrative, analysis, and/or resourcing experience.
  • Experience building reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analysis and associated tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support for learning event delivery, development, and planning processes.
  • Maintain curriculum, facility configurations, and learning paths.
  • Communicate operational processes with business partners and customers.
  • Schedule learning events through established planning and request processes.
  • Support operational activities and perform moderately complex work assignments.
  • Assist team members with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, schedules, and departmental activities.
  • Maintain records, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Support special projects and other administrative functions.
