Main Responsibilities of Administrative Assistant

• 
  
• Provide administrative support
• 
  
• Answer the phones, greet clients, and keep maintenance of office
• 
  
• Assist the Accounts Payable Process
• 
  
• Work closely with business owner for multiple accounting functions (AP, AR, journal entries)
• 
  
• Monitor bank statements
• 
  
• Assist in month end close
•
