Job Summary: Program Coordinator REACH Program
The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, accreditation, and execution of REACH educational programming, including ECHO sessions and Intensive Workshops. This position serves as a primary liaison among program leadership, the Continuing Medical Education (CME) office, presenters, and community partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality, accredited educational offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Education and Accreditation
Promote REACH educational opportunities to clinicians and community partners
Coordinate continuing education accreditation activities in conjunction with the CME office
Prepare and submit documentation required for accreditation, including credits through AMA, AAFP, Social Work, Psychology, LMHC, and other applicable bodies
Collect required presenter materials, including curriculum vitae, disclosure forms, biography, learning objectives, and presentation slides
Review submitted materials to ensure completeness and compliance with accreditation requirements
Distribute program evaluations and maintain accurate attendance records
Program Coordination
Coordinate all REACH ECHO sessions, including scheduling, registration, speaker communications, and Zoom logistics
Coordinate REACH Intensive Workshops, both virtual and in-person, including venue logistics, catering, registration, audiovisual requirements, and day-of event support
Record and distribute meeting minutes and associated action items
Administrative Responsibilities
Maintain program files and documentation in accordance with departmental standards
Process invoices and purchasing requests
Monitor and respond to project-related email communications
Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned by program leadership Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree or pertinent college level courses and two years of administrative/office management experience. Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
