    Job Description

    The Pharmacy Administrator and Scheduler is responsible for managing the administrative functions and scheduling needs of the ambulatory pharmacy services department. This role involves coordinating appointments, managing staff schedules, handling patient and provider communications, and supporting the overall operations.

    • Schedule patient appointments for clinical pharmacy services.
    • Manage and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues to ensure seamless patient care.
    • Serve as a point of contact for patients and healthcare providers regarding scheduling, ambulatory pharmacy programs information, and other inquiries.
    • Communicate appointment details, reminders, and follow-up instructions to patients.
    • Maintain accurate records of patient appointments, program activities, and staff schedules.
