QUALIFICATIONS

•                   Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

•                   Experience: 1–3 years in administrative support, reception, or office coordination.

•                   Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong computer literacy and typing proficiency (45–50 wpm).

•                   Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.

•                   Interpersonal: Professional and client-focused demeanor with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.

•                   Organization: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•                   Additional: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Experience in telemarketing or call center operations is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both office operations and client service needs, including:

•        Serving as the first point of contact by answering and directing phone calls professionally.

•        Assisting clients with routine service requests, including address changes, billing inquiries, and ID card orders.

•        Preparing and managing correspondence, such as letters and annual mailings (e.g., birthday cards).

•        Maintaining office supplies, forms, and equipment.

•        Coordinating schedules, filing, and organizing office records.

•        Supporting marketing initiatives by preparing and distributing materials.

•        Performing accurate data entry and updating spreadsheets.

•        Completing daily accomplishment/task reports.
