It requires 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or office manager, proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key duties include handling correspondence, inventory management, equipment maintenance, scheduling meetings and travel, managing property insurance and claims, supporting accounting tasks, and maintaining office facilities.
Additional responsibilities include routing calls and assisting staff with various administrative needs.
