Job Summary :
The Project Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support specifically for project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations. This role is responsible for managing project-related communications, preparing and organizing documents, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall coordination and administrative needs of the project.

Essential Duties:
- Perform general office support duties, including maintaining files, processing invoices, and managing office supplies.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Prepare and format routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records, contact lists, and filing systems.
- Coordinate mail distribution and arrange courier/express services as needed.
- Support meeting coordination, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks for the team.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
