    Project Coordinator

    Dallas, TX | 100% On-Site | Professional Services / Design Environment

We are looking for a polished, personable Project Coordinator to support senior leaders and a busy, collaborative studio team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has built a strong administrative foundation and is ready for a role with more exposure, responsibility, and variety.

This person will be someone who enjoys being part of a team, builds relationships easily, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. No two days will look exactly the same, so flexibility, good judgment, and a positive attitude are important.

    What You'll Do

    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders and the studio

    • Manage calendars, meetings, scheduling, and changing priorities

    • Coordinate travel, expenses, presentations, documents, and meeting materials

    • Help keep leaders organized and ensure important follow-ups don't fall through the cracks

    • Communicate professionally with clients, internal teams, and outside contacts

    • Assist with special projects and changing business needs

    • Work closely with other coordinators and team members across the organization

    • Step in and help wherever needed — this is a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in

    What We're Looking For

    • Approximately 5+ years of professional administrative experience

    • Experience supporting a CEO, Principal, Director, or other senior leader

    • Polished, professional, and personable with strong interpersonal skills

    • Someone who can read the room, build rapport, and work well with different personalities

    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

    • Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats

    • Confident working independently without needing a lot of direction

    • Team-oriented with a genuine “no job too small” mentality

    • Strong Microsoft Office skills

    • Architecture, design, professional services, or a similar industry background is a plus
