Duties Description The New York State Board of Elections is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the administration and operation of the statewide election data reporting program established under New York State Election Law. This position will play a key role in supporting the public-facing election database by coordinating data submissions, maintaining records, and communicating with local election authorities and other entities responsible for reporting required data.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, communicative, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a structured, deadline-driven environment. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to interact professionally with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
