Administration Specialist with English All Genders

We would like to invite you to join our team for a back-office position within Service Administration.

The job title in the job contract will be Service Administration Specialist (All genders).

Your tasks:

• Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians,
• Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
• Manage customer data, update data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
• Manage service contract,
• Handling customer inquiries,
• Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections),
• Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents.

What You Need to Succeed

• Very good knowledge of English (min. B2 level),
• Well-developed MS Office skills,
• Quick perception, excellent attention to detail, eagerness to learn,
• Ability to work according to clearly defined rules and timelines.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:

• CV selection - we contact selected candidates
• Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
• Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
