Successful graduates of the training program will continue with an additional twenty-two (22) months of on-the-job training (OJT) that includes mentorship and virtual instructor led technical content while working towards Apprentice certification as a Republic Services entry level Diesel Mechanic.
Work with the Manufacturing Instructors and the Training Manager to track certification metrics, display data, assess trends for presentation of KPIs and develop corrective actions in poor performance areas. Manage the certified trainer audit and surveillance program, track the effectiveness of OJT based on operator defect rates, and ensure that actions are taken when audits indicate that training is not meeting expectations.
