- Knowledge of unemployment insurance tax administration, unemployment insurance benefits, payroll tax systems, or related workforce programs;
- Experience with Lean principles, continuous improvement methodologies, or other operational efficiency initiatives;
- Experience managing audits, investigations, compliance programs, or regulatory processes.
